Promoting Your Organisation on the Web
Stirling Tolbooth, Thursday 25th March
Registration from 9.30am. Event gets underway at 10am and will run till 4pm.
Entry fee: £10 available from Stirling Tolbooth 01786 27 4000

Hands Up for Trad are running a day seminar entitled ‘Promoting Your Organisation on the Web” as part of Stirling Tolbooth’s The Blend festival on Thursday 25th March that aims to help you address these issues. We’ve been very lucky to get Dougal Perman and team from Inner Ear who recently ran a very popular (and very short) workshop on web promotion at Showcase Scotland. This is an amazing opportunity to work with people from the industry who are out there doing it and doing it well.

We’ll be covering subjects like:

  • What is social networking and how can I use it to my advantage?
  • Can blogging make a difference to my business?
  • How can I make money for my organisation using the web?
  • How can I make a podcast?

There's also plenty of time for you to ask your own questions as well.

Hands Up for Trad are very keen that as many of you can get to this seminar as possible so we’ve kept the rate as low as possible. For the day of workshops on 25th March the cost is £10. It will run from 10am until 4pm with a lunch break at 1.30pm. If you want lunch that will be an additional £4 (Lunch is supplied by Darnley Coffee House who possibly make the best tasting soup ever…)

Tickets for this event are available from Stirling Tolbooth on 01786 27 4000.  If you want more information please contact us on 0131 510 0006 or info@handsupfortrad.co.uk.

Thanks to the Scottish Arts Council and Stirling Tolbooth for their help in funding this event.

See you on the day!

Cheers,

Simon Thoumire
