of the main channels for Government funding for the arts in
Scotland, receiving its funding from the Scottish Executive.
We also distribute National Lottery funds received from the
Department for Culture, Media and Sport.

Fèisean nan Gàidheal
was established in 1988 as the independent umbrella association
of the Fèis movement. The organisation offers grant-aid,
training programmes, insurance and many other services to
its members.
Scottish
Traditions of Dance Trust
The national organisation which
exists to promote, research, conserve and foster all of Scotland's
dance traditions. Everyone dances at some point in their lives,
and STDT is the national advocate for the enjoyment of all
forms of Scottish traditional dance socially and educationally.

Coast
String Fiddlers
The Coast String Fiddlers Association,
a non-profit association which is committed to promote the
understanding and learning of traditional fiddle music through
the support of fiddle instruction and related activities.
The School and other activities including concerts, workshops
and fiddle clubs are organized by volunteers. They are located
in Roberts Creek, B.C. Canada.
